Oil extraction method: Screw oil crushing machinery squeezes oil out of oil-bearing materials by forcing the feed through a screw shaft, generating high temperatures and pressures in the rotating extrusion process with the press ring. Screw presses are mainly made up of a control cabinet, screw shaft, pressing ring, frame, and slag outlet.

Oil product quality: High temperatures are generated during screw oil pressing due to the friction of the machine ring. This destroys some of the organic components and nutritional elements in the oil and results in an oil product with more impurities. Oil extraction via screw press must be followed by oil cooling to preserve the chemical composition of the oil.

Rate of recycling cake residue: High temperatures mean that more water in the oil will be lost during oil extraction.
